My Vision for Continued Spiritual & Professional Development

This action plan outlines how I will continue developing spiritually, academically, and professionally as a disciple-leader in the IT field. It integrates Christlike attributes with practical steps for growth over the next 12 months.

1. Spiritual Development Goals

Daily Practices

  • Morning and evening prayer

  • Scripture study

  • Quiet spiritual reflection

  • Journaling impressions

  • Practicing patience, humility, and integrity

Weekly Practices

  • Temple attendance or family history work

  • Church attendance and ministering

  • One deliberate act of service

  • Sabbath alignment check

6–12 Month Goals

  • Deepen my understanding of Christlike attributes

  • Strengthen my sensitivity to spiritual warning signs

  • Improve my discipleship in fatherhood and leadership

  • Increase my ability to lift others quietly and consistently
